Journey with Sound - is a frequency bath with percussion and layers of tones (including bowls, gongs, chimes, and more). We will have a theme for a healing focus, and allow our higher wisdom to show the depths within and the expansiveness of our Being as well.

Bring what you need for comfort (some mat and blanket supplies are available), water, and a journal.

We will create space for sharing our experiences because each of our healing is the collective’s healing.
